(Delivered as a 6-Week Private Programme)
This is focused, structured 1:1 work for midlife women who are ready to stop tolerating and start deciding.
Over six weeks, we:
• Identify the pattern driving the spiral
• Recalibrate it at the nervous system level
• Interrupt the reassurance loop
• Strengthen self-trust
• Shift identity from Tolerator to Decider
Includes:
• 6 private 75–90 minute sessions
• Personalised hypnosis recordings
• Between-session support
• Structured progression through The Midlife Recalibration Method

This is for midlife women who are ready to take responsibility for their own recalibration.

Who This Programme Is For
This is for you if:
• You’re a midlife woman in a long-term relationship
• You look like you have it together but feel wobbly inside
• You’re intelligent and self-aware but tired of looping
• You’re ready for root-level change
This is not for you if:
• You want someone to blame your partner
• You want reassurance more than responsibility
• You’re not ready to shift the pattern
Through a combination of hypnotherapy and CBT techniques, you will learn practical ways to change unhelpful thinking patterns at their root.
OPTION 2:
The Midlife Recalibration Method – Self-Directed Programme
If you prefer to work at your own pace, the self-directed version allows you to access the tools and techniques independently.
This programme includes practical exercises designed to help you understand anxiety patterns and develop healthier thinking habits.
The programme includes:
• Guided hypnosis recordings
• Anxiety management exercises
• CBT-based reflection tools
• Structured steps to build confidence and emotional resilience
It is ideal if you would like flexible support you can use in your own time.

About Caroline
Caroline Bublik is a registered cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and midlife behaviour change specialist in Worcestershire.
With over two decades of experience helping people change behaviour patterns, Caroline specialises in helping women overcome anxiety, overthinking and relationship anxiety using a powerful combination of hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
She is also the author of The Relationship Anxiety Escape Plan, a practical guide designed to help women feel secure and confident in their relationships.
